Margaret was walking once a day, up a slight hill and back home which would take her approximately 20 minutes. She managed the walk with minimal pain, and when however Tshe was diagnosed with diabetes, she decided to walk more to try and lose weight. She began walking twice a day for 20 minutes on the same route and noticed increasing buttock and leg pain. She stopped walking for a few days, and the pain improved and then on returning to her walk her pain started again. is was causing her great distress and she was wondered if her pain was coming from her back.
